Strictly forbidden to call it an aperitif! The merenda sinoira comes from the tradition of our lands, from the peasant life of our grandparents.
We re-propose it to you in its original version, from the time when the home garden fed the whole family, when we gathered in summer in the courtyards under the tòpie (pergolas) and, together, enjoyed the products of the area.
Enjoy in the garden, at sunset, our selection of local cured meats and sausages, fresh and aged cheeses, traditional appetizers accompanied by homemade bread and, of course, an excellent bottle of wine…..rigorously in slow mode.
